Optimize your
baby's development

Make your time with your baby more meaningful

What are Meaningful Moves?

Meaningful Moves are a collection of exercises designed for parents and caregivers to easily use with babies to help optimize development of sensory and motor skills.  These exercises will help you make sure your baby meets their milestones and provide a fantastic foundation for development of body coordination and learning skills.
Meaningful Moves was created by Dr. Sarah Lane, a Developmental Optometrist.  Dr. Lane specializes in working with children who struggle with the development of their visual skills and visual processing abilities.  People started asking her, "what can I do with my baby to help develop their vision?" the answer seemed to always be, "Moving with your baby is the key."

Dr. Lane is also a certified yoga instructor and studies reflex integration and the power of movement.

The exercises included in this program are easy to learn.  Incorporating them into your day with your baby will help create a special bond as well as organizing their brain and body for optimal development.
